Registration applies to any agent wanting to transmit data on the Site. Registration is free and all agents are provided with a username and password. You must not disclose your password to any unauthorised person. For password enquiries please contact us on support@ABC Photosigns.com.au.

Breach & Termination

If you breach this contract or any other agreements with our company an immediate warning will be issued and you will be suspended temporarily/permanently from our Site or certain parts of it. We hold the right to terminate this agreement at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Accessibility & Functions

ABC Photosigns.com will manage the Site to the best capability, however do not accept liability over causes outside our control, which are outlined below:

  • The Site may encounter interruptions and errors outside our control.
  • The Site or any data transmitted to and from the Site may carry viruses, faults or defects.
  • All enquiries and correspondence are sent to and replied directly from the agent. We do not control these enquiries and hold no liability over the management of enquiries and responses.

We, at photosigns.com.au alongside ABC Photosigns, do not accept any liability for any loss, damage or expense you incur due to the use of this Site. This applies to all employees, affiliates and employees of ABC Photosigns.com and ABC Photosigns.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with the final product please contact us within 24 hours on 1800 633 998 for a suitable remedy including refunds, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Despatch & Delivery Policy

Once your order has been approved you can expect delivery of your product in a timely fashion, as per our terms and conditions:
Boards will be installed within 24 – 48 hours*.
Brochures will be despatched within 24 – 48 hours.
Photography and Floor Plans will be delivered within 24 – 48 hours.

*Large boards requiring 2 people to install can take longer.
